History of Nougaterie Quebec

The two owners Caroline Marelli and Patrick Augier are Europeans. Accustomed to confectionery, they worked in pastry and cooking for 35 years and more. Residing in Quebec since 2006, this couple will open a boutique two years later. The latter is located in the same place as “La Nougaterie”. You will find sweets from Quebec and various local products.

The know-how of this couple is well known in France. They concoct these little sweets with passion and love. They even start a collaboration with Cécile who is an expert in chocolate.
