INGREDIENTS :
- 3.8 cl of flour
- 3 cl of maple flakes
- 3 cl of butter
- 3 cl of maple syrup
- Foie gras of your choice (block, tea towel ...)
PREPERATION :
- In a salad bowl, mix the butter, maple syrup and maple flakes to obtain a homogeneous mixture
- Add the flour and incorporate it quickly without mixing too much
- Cover and put in the refrigerator for up to 3 hours or in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 200 °
- Shape dough balls (about a dozen with the amount of dough prepared)
- Arrange the balls on baking paper and cook on a baking sheet for 3 minutes. Check that the tiles do not burn
- Let cool until ready to serve
- Cut small pieces of foie gras and place on the tiles, to present on a sofa
