HIS HOUSE VINAIGRETTE

The basic recipe for a homemade vinaigrette

Acid ingredient (lemon juice, vinegar, etc.) + fatty ingredient (oil, cream, duck fat etc.) + salt + pepper Next? It all depends on your tastes! But here are 10 great ideas for creating sunny dressings for all your salads!

1. We find a medium shallow bowl and a small whisk to successfully emulsify our vinaigrette.

2. A good oil, preferably olive oil is used. But you can just as easily choose sunflower oil or grape seed oil.

3. We give it a little sweet taste with maple syrup to taste!

4. We mix different vinegars like good maple vinegar.

5. We opt for dried fruits such as our blueberries and dried cranberries.

6. Used to prepared mustard? We change for our maple and cider mustard. It changes everything !

7. Add some crunch with our maple nuggets or maple flakes

And to keep it, pour the vinaigrette into a glass jar and place it in the refrigerator, away from light and heat. But, between you and me, it's much better if we create it every time ....
