Cauliflower wings with maple and mustard sauce

INGREDIENTS :
FOR THE WINGS
- A cauliflower cut into bouquets
- 250 ml of flour
- 15 ml of baking powder
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 bottle of Agasse Sucrée beer
- Salt, pepper to taste
FOR THE MAPLE AND MUSTARD SAUCE
- 100 ml of Maple syrup
- 75 ml of maple and cider mustard
- Salt, pepper and tabasco sauce
PREPERATION :
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, egg, beer, salt and pepper
- Dip the cauliflower bouquets in the appliance and fry in a fryer preheated to 180 °. You can fry in duck fat or oil of your choice
- For the sauce, mix all the ingredients.
Once cooked, coat with maple and mustard sauce
