Layered with maple potatoes and savory confit

INGREDIENTS :
- 3 large potatoes, sliced 1 cm thick
- 2 onions, sliced
- 30 ml duck fat
- set and pepper
- 4 duck legs confit
- 1 jar of maple jelly
- 9 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
PREPERATION :
- Brown the potatoes and onions in the duck fat
- Season with salt and pepper
- Bone and pull the duck thighs into pieces and add the onions and savory
- On each plate, place on a slice of potato, 1/2 teaspoon of maple jelly, the mixture of duck and sundried tomato
- Place on top another slice of potato and duck with the sundried tomato. Finish with a slice of potato and sundried tomato
- Serve and enjoy
