INGREDIENTS :
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Duck fat 2 onions, chopped
750 ml (3 cups) raw potatoes, peeled, diced
750 ml (3 cups) chicken broth 2 stems of marjoram
30 ml (2 tbsp.) Maple syrup 250 ml (1 cup) milk or cream
Salt and pepper
PREPERATION :
- In a large saucepan, brown the onion with the duck fat.
- Add all the ingredients except the milk and maple syrup.
- Cover and simmer to cook the potatoes.
- Puree the vegetables. Add the milk and maple syrup.
- Check the seasoning and taste.
