How to make an authentic poutine dish?

Ingredients
- 1 kilo of potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt
- 2 cups of beef broth
- Pepper
Preperation
To make the sauce, in a skillet, combine the flour and butter. Then mix and cook over medium heat for about 12 minutes until the mixture is light brown.
Then add the broth and season with salt and pepper. As soon as your mixture comes to a boil, please lower the heat and cook for an additional 15 minutes.
Separately, fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove excess oil.
Transfer the potatoes to the plate, top with chopped cheese and cover with a generous amount of sauce.
By pouring the brown sauce over the fries and cottage cheese, the cheese melts slightly to reveal its flavors. Its consistency becomes creamy on the sides and retains its firmness on the inside. Here is an authentic poutine dish!
Serve immediately. This cheese which has melted slightly, but retains its firm texture, will become an exquisite experience in the mouth.
