Lobster poutine

A typical Quebec dish, poutine consists of delicious fries covered with sauce and cheese curds. It appeared in rural fast-food restaurants in Quebec in the 1950s. This specialty quickly became popular. Today, it is served in fast food restaurants. You can even find it in the most prestigious establishments.
The lobster poutine comes straight from the Magdalen Islands in Canada. Taste this Canadian meal to savor the creamy fish stock sauce. Cayenne pepper and fennel enhance the flavors of the recipe. You can cook frozen lobster, but always give preference to fresh seafood. However, choose a quality piece to avoid rubbery textures. Next, you can add a nice portion of fries.
