Maple syrup donuts

PREPERATION :

In a large bowl, mix a quarter of the flour with the sugar, salt, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, yolk, milk and butter with an electric whisk. Dig a well in the center of the dry mixture and pour in the milk preparation. Mix the two preparations using a spatula until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.
Generously flour a work surface, the rolling pin and 2 cookie cutters of 3 cm and 8 cm. Roll out the dough to 1 cm thickness and cut the donuts.
Heat the oil. Dip the donuts two by two or three by three, depending on the size of your pan. Lower the heat and cook for 1 minute on each side. Place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Sift the icing sugar over the maple syrup, mix. Pour this frosting into a deep plate and dip half of each donuts into it. Leave to set for a few minutes before tasting.
