INGREDIENTS :
1 baked pie shell (store-bought or homemade) 375 ml (1 1⁄2 cups) cream 35%
500 ml (2 cups) maple syrup
60 g (1⁄4 cup) cornstarch dissolved in 1⁄4 cup of water
PREPERATION :
Place the cream and maple syrup in a saucepan. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, then pour in the dissolved cornstarch.
Boil 2 minutes while whisking vigorously.
Pour into the cooked crust and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
